- Hotel pickup is available from most centrally located Waikiki hotels. If your hotel is not in Waikiki, you will be responsible to arrange transportation to a central pickup point in Waikiki. Please arrange pickup location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the Navy may suspend boat operations to the USS Arizona Memorial at any time. In such cases, there will be no refunds. You can still enjoy USS Arizona exhibits, the Visitor's Center and park monuments.
- No bags allowed at Pearl Harbor
- Tour duration will be 7 hours including travel time from one place to another.
- Tours are non-refundable if the national park service or navy decide to cancel boat ride programs due to mechanical issues, dangerous weather, or other safety concerns.
- Not all our tour vehicle can accommodate mobility devices such as Wheel chairs and Scooters. Please call us right away after you book our tour to make arrangements.
